Ehhhh, Falco? What the hell are you doing here?

Also, why is it that when I run dirt races in career, all the non-NPC horses like Maruzen and El condor Pasa get their dirt aptitude bumped up to A for free, but Falco doesnt get her turf aptitude increased here? Maybe its because it's an open race.
