No, the Israelites are white. There is just too much evidence for it at this point, including the prophecies of our people straight from the bible, that God would scatter us way beyond Babylon, to the "ends of the earth". Even Josephus records where the Israelites went, and the scriptures very clearly states that the 10 northern tribes never returned to their ancestral lands. There was a remnant that remained with Benjamin-Judah, because during the Assyrian siege some from every tribe took refuge in Jerusalem and were saved.
And that Assyrian siege is recorded by the Assyrians themselves, and they admit that they didn't capture Jerusalem, but don't say why. They omit that in their own historical documents. Very telling.
