Here is a message for whoever even considers proprietary client-side video game "anticheat":
I don't want proprietary rootkits on my GNU/Linux, go fuck yourself and shove that proprietary ""anticheat"" botnet malware backdoor into where the sun doesn't shine, proprietary piece of shit.

>Linux users can ! Linux LE BAD!
they hate GNU/Linux because it actually gives users freedom to do whatever the hell they want on their own computers. proprietary software is infamous for having zero security whatsoever, all "security" they have is just by hiding and obfuscating shit, aka security through obscurity. every expert (actual expert, not rajeet from microsoft) will tell you that this is a horrible security model because it's literally a swiss cheese full of holes, anyone who cares enough to decompile your proprietary crap will find your vulnerabilities, backdoors, etc...
usually, the people who decompile proprietary software are the ones who actually WANT to find vulnerabilities, be it for money (bug bounties, or selling the information to skids) or other reasons. if your code is free as in freedom (or "open source"), any random person can look at it, and chances are that pretty much all of your vulnerabilities will be found sooner or later if there are a thousand eyes on your code.
compare this to the 5 pajeets working at microsoft who wrote this crap, and the other 10 people who are decompiling it to find vulnerabilities.
anyway, proprietary game devs are pajeets who only hide their code from the public because they are ashamed of their spaghetti code quality, and because they are too retarded to actually write safe code. anyone with the slightest bit of competence will implement server side anticheat and not rely on obfuscated proprietary shit with literal rootkits on all clients to do that job, its ridiculous. if it isn't merely incompetence, then it's straight up malicious intent, trying to backdoor you and spy on you.
