Notice how "str" girls in games are these mannish beasts? Devs keep fucking up by getting rid of their hourglass shape. If you really want a high strength female character, focus on adding more muscle to the lower body and maybe adding some fat on it (gif related for IRL example because that's what str women actually look like).
My point is, go for the hourglass or a pear, not a man's silhouette.
