Unbelievable plateau going on right now gentlemen. 5 days with the same weight. Feels neccissary to increase my deficit at this point to account for any math I have bungled or a reduced BMR. What is the best way to think about deficits? Is a 1000 calorie deficit going to necessarily lead to muscle wasting?
