Is there any way to work a night shift without it wrecking your health mentally and physically? I've applied for a night shift at a supermarket because it's the only decent job within walking distance of where I live and I've been told there's less people to worry about and less competition for night shifts. So if I get the job, how do I work without it ruining me?
