the grind isn't even that much, if you're lucky you'll get +9 disco in a week (after getting to 65), if you're unlucky you'll have +9 disco in two weeks, and then another week to +12 all of that

i can't speak on generation because i haven't got that far yet but i don't anticipate it taking ridiculously long, i'm not even an elite paypiggy
