Best appeal of feet is the girl that they're attached to. It's about the doll's personality, attitude, and everything about her and how it contrasts to her cute, sexy feet. If the girl is outgoing, carefree, her feet just enhance those traits by imagining how sexy it would be to lick them and kiss them just to see their cute reaction. Same with the girls that are more serious and lady-like, it's hot as fuck imagining how they would look at you in disgust as you focus on her feet. I played it just a bit on the beginning before dropping it, but I do believe that is the gatcha's way of operation; they just make the game world a frame for the character pulling, make their millions, THEN improve if they want.
Gatcha's curse is that even shitty games rakes in millions with anime tits , asses and feet so I do believe that we will never see a good gameworld, even in the "grandeur" of Genshin we saw that (see Inazuma)
