Less overworld, more dungeons (actual dungeons, not five terminal shit). The more complex, the better.
Remove durability and expand on combat. Start with TP's swordplay and improve from there.
No more flashbacks. The plot/main conflict should be an ongoing thing and its coolest parts should not be limited to cutscenes and being resold as spinoff fodder.
No more Skyward Sword. No more Hylia, no more Demise, no more THE ORIGIN OF HYRULE (again), no more of that horrendous shit game. Purge its DNA from Zelda. Kill Fujibayashi if that's what it'll take, just stop letting SS stink up the series' alleged return to its roots. And forget Null even happened, just to be safe.
And the most important part: give me a fishing rod.

I'm pretty comfortable with some basic stuff like backflipping over Mido and doing big chunks of Bottom of the Well and Shadow Temple without the Lens of Truth. I've been adding novice-tier tricks to my seed settings but I still haven't gotten into stuff like ISG or QPA or that really fast backwards slide. Those seem pretty ubiquitous as far as OOT glitches go, so I'll probably start trying them out next time I do an OOT randomizer.

I've been trying MM randomizers but I've been struggling with it compared to OOT. I'm way more familiar with vanilla MM/playing it as intended so I tend to blank on my options. At the very least, I can scale Ikana Canyon without the Ice Arrows, but that's about the extent of my exploit knowledge for that game. I think MM's PC versions have randomizers now, so I might check to see if they have check trackers for the sake of remaining organized.
