Well the idea is that since I always see anons asking dumb questions ("do I need to apply with "/v/" in my name, are there quotas,what clubs are around, etc) and we're probably gonna get burnouts returning and newfags with the scenario, to make a simple guide for /v/ guides, but i guess ill let clubs do their thing
