Thing about body doubles is they aren't hard to spot, because you know, they don't match the actress's body and are visibly a different person. Like Lena Heady's in Game of Thrones, or Jennifer Connelly in Once Upon a Time in America. Or Keira Knightley's in Domino, the latter notable because it's not even a nude scene, and Knightley is topless in the very same film in a different scene, she was just bashful about a closeup of her flat ass. And indeed, it notably changes for the closeup.
