Ahri, Ekko (This guy has the best framedata by far), Darius and now WW also have Yasuo-like framedata while the rest of the cast don't. I feel like there was a major shift in the balancing philosophy on normals halfway through development so some characters straight up haven't even been updated yet. It's not like the rest have outstanding normals, Braum's normals needed massive buffs this patch to even function while Jinx's normals would still be way worse than Yasuo's if they had slightly better framedata than his yet she has some of the most atrocious frames
