Melanin concentration in one's skin is less than a tertiary metric when it comes to race, history, and nation (in the sense of a people). The amount of melanin in the skin of my ancient European ancestors has no bearing on whether they were links in a chain of people who became modern Europeans, rather than links in a chain of people who became modern Africans.

God will bring about Heaven on earth, and this cannot be avoided. Humans are incapable of creating Heaven, and any attempt to do so would be marred by hubris and doomed to failure. If you're asking whether I would bar people from trying to make the world a better place, then that depends on what they're doing to make the world a better place, and whether I believed it actually improved the world or made it worse.
