enterprise is the worst in the ip, not voyager.
voyager is no dsp or tng but it's still not as bad as it could have gotten.
It's also still significantly better than pro-american bush propaganda shows like stargate.
not quite as good as farscape or firefly or andromeda or most other sci-fi tv.
