It's about yea long. You can also replay the game and the differences become slightly more pronounced culminating in an entirely different set of ending chapters on NG+. I think it's somewhere between 19 to 21 different stages depending on if you pick Reimu or Marisa along with some decisions on NG+ out of the... 75 or so chapters normally.
