First time hearing of this, big Harvest Moon fan and seeing as this is the time I usually start up one of them again, this is awfully opportune.
Never played the Yuuka Harvest Moon game because it looked like shit (the 2016 one, never looked at the Switch port. Was it decent?), and instead settled for making her my main file in Stardew Valley.
