Armies carry tons of grudges. I'm guessing you had alliences(NAP,trade) with Kislevites at some points. So GolgFAGGOT and ArBALLZ should have tons of groodges on their armies.

No that is false. The amount of grudge you need to fill gets calculated by the enemies around you. You are supposed to surround yourself with allies, get pacts with them. You let all of them die and now everyone around you carries grudges.
