Why is leanness in men so attractive?
Men usually look best in the 8-12% body fat range.
If you think higher body fat levels look better, you're a delusional fatass.
The 10% range gives you the chiseled face. You look better from head to toe.
But why would evolution prefer such lean individuals? When you're at 10%, you only have a few weeks worth of energy reserves left on your body.
One would assume that 15-20% is much more healthy. But again, it doesn't look nearly as good.
And don't come with that "attractiveness is subjective" Reddit BS.
