Despite her appearance she's not human; she's a super-powered homunculus created from a demigod's blood in an arcane-technological womb. She's very tall (6'6") but despite her slender build her ultra-dense bones and muscles give her superhuman strength and agility. Couple that with her array of psychic powers and extensive martial training and she's one of the emperor's (aforementioned demigod) best secret weapons. She shares a close bond with him as her teacher and creator. She's a bit cold and detached from years of distant missions and rigorous training but otherwise has a gracious heart for her subjects. Imagine something like Samus but in Darth Vader's role with the piety of the Sororitas and that would be a decent start.
Here's a portrait I drew of her. I'm more of a /lit/ enjoyer but I've tried drawing recently and like how it turned out despite my lacking talent. My dream is to one day give her a video game like a boomer shooter, I even have full missions, episodes, a storyline and weapons with possibly some DLCs fleshed out but no idea how to start with development at all. She's skilled with a bunch of melee weapons but it also has a mix of exotic guns that would likely be the main stars along with her. There's also a few levels that would have some mech or vehicle combat, a mix of psychic powers to use in addition to guns, and some unlockables like alternate outfits that would actually change how the game was played. I could give an outline if you're interested; basically starts with her investigating some high-profile kidnappings at the emperor's behest in their capital city until that snowballs into the return of an ancient cult that threatens to topple the empire, and she's the only one who can stop it.
