I think that the lower and middle range is probably the best place to be on the BMI chart and don't think 'underweight' is as much of a concern as fat American doctors make it out to be. Look at Japan- their BMI chart is different from ours. They think lower weights are optimal for health and longevity and 25 or higher is considered obese. I think that their standards are more realistic. We're not talking about muscle men here, by the way, just normal people. The BMI chart is meaningless to bodybuilders.
