GGG literally made the PoE 2 tree a stat node collector prior to this patch to make decision making more easy and STILL nobody made their own trees. Nobody even looks at the trees in PoE they just copy what streamerman says verbatim.

Half of berserkers in the last PoE patch took Ancestral Fury for their slam builds because it was in the position on the tree where Aspect of Carnage used to be. They didn't even read the skill at any point. That actually happened.
