I am pretty sure we will see full/near one shotting of t4 bosses by warriors in the first week. Patch notes are like 50% of the changes, so you cant know what other compensation we are getting elsewhere like support gems/tree.
The only complaint I would be able to get behind are the smith changes. Not because there are nerfs, but because too many of them compounded on top of each other. I might be wrong even on that one.

It was a plugin that allowed other people you added to a sort of separate friends list to see your character exactly as it is on your screen, including modded outfits, hair, etc. Any sort of mods at all are forbidden by the devs but are essentially "don't ask, don't tell" where they have no way of detecting them and if you keep your mouth shut then they have no way of knowing you use them. The problem was people wouldn't shut the fuck up about it and kept talking about that mod in particular through in-game chat with either thinly-veiled references or just mentioning it outright, which led to the devs cracking down on that mod in particular.

You know, the crazy thing about PoE2 is that the playstyles actually DO feel meaningfully different in most of the campaign. Playing a warrior feels very different from a merc, which feels very different from a minion build, which is different from a self cast build, etc. Certain bosses feel harder when you play one class over the others.
Then the higher level you get and the more geared you get, ultimately your goal is to homogenize the game into killing as many dudes on the screen as fast as possible in like one button.

Witch Hunter gets 124 weapon set points now so you can literally play 2 entirely different builds on the same character. This might actually end up really strong if you can combo a really good spell with a good weapon skill.
Whirlwind was taken out back and shot. Elemental whirlwinds decay after 4 seconds, no more carrying around a big double blackflame incinerate to ghetto RF.

Witch Hunter now has a super sentai transformation sequence where they become an entirely different character the moment they switch weapons. It's so fucking stupid but at the same time it unironically makes me want to try some dumb shit like all minion shit on one side and all weapon damage shit on the other.

Added the option to assign your equipped weapon(s) to both of your weapon sets instead of needing to use different items in each weapon set. This can be enabled by right clicking the weapon set icon on keyboard and mouse, or holding Y/triangle with the weapon highlighted on controller.

basically everything in poo2 snapshots. as an example, you could take every ailment magnitude and shock node on the tree and plasma blast a boss for like 50% shock, then switch to a spear crit build or something and delete it.
Or you can use a Phys Spellcasting Bonestorm build and stack impale stacks+armor break to switch to a High Velocity Rounds build that shatters armor and double-dips on Impale plus the new HVR pseudo-impale.

Currently your cursor counts as "in the air" when targeting a skill: it projects its position on the ground and the skill shoots on the projection, meaning the arrow you shoot doesn't "hit" your cursor. Controller just checks the starting position and angle.

This means nothing anyway since you're forced into namelock 90% of the time
