adapalene 0.3% is the only topical i know has been proven to reduce scars. you should be able to get it through an online marketplace like amazon or goodrx. you could also just get from a derm.

in general, you want to be on a retinoid, like adapalene, at your age because it provides a plethora of antiaging benefits.

i'd also rec getting on finasteride 1mg a day for hair loss prevention. you want to start before it begins.
