I'm pulling E2S1 Cyrene to use her with either her dedicated team or as a DPS. Nothing but good stuff in the latest V3, I'm satisfied for now. If anything I would like for her S1 to be more mandatory.

Most people buy skins to flaunt to others their love for the character. Skins on Genshin make sense because there's Co-op, so you can show your skin to other people anytime. There's no Co-op in HSR and there's literally no way for others to know you purchased a skin unless they specifically select your character as a Support during farming, or check your pfp if you have the icon up.
