Tokyopop put out a ton of OEL manga stuff in the period between 2000 - 2010. A lot of it just wasn't very good and a lot of it never got completed.

Tokyopop had a Rising Stars of Manga competition where they were trying to find new OEL talent. They aggressively tried to push "I Luv Halloween.' Even though it wasn't very good.

For some reason Tokyopop really liked putting out OEL goth themed manga. They had a ton of goth stuff like Gothic Sports, Bizenghast, Princess Ai, and Dark Moon Diary. And I'm sure I'm missing a few.
