If it weren't for Milk just getting an alt recently, I'd say all of Cafe Sweety needs a glow-up. As it stands, though, I think Frima deserves an Overspec. She leads what is canonically the strongest publicly-known Tetra squad (though obviously not at Absolute or Matis level) but is near-useless even with her treasure. It's just not right.
