They won't do it
IDs are only getting more complicated in their animation and the way they attack.
at this point it doesn't seem possible to do a skin system unless it's a unique skin made specifically for one ID.

have a fresh start by raising the number standards of new IDs.
her using her skill 3 every turn won't be as broken when new IDs can reach the same level of DPS using theiur skill cycle normally
