I usually don't comment when I feel second hand embarrassment, but come on. I think you want to just be right or haven't played the games in a while. It's basic ass plot. Nothing deep. I love Crash, and first game has amazing atmosphere. But it isn't some heavy hitting story and serious time. There is environmental storytelling and such, but that doesn't make meme Cortex face monitors in Generator Room spooky.
