To be honest, I think that Through the ashes is rigged to hig hell to make it more "gritty" and "survival horror".

I feel like I am rolling 1d6's to hit while the fucking skeletons are using regular 1d20's. It doesn't matter if my kineticist splatters them with one hit, I never roll above 6 with her.
