you're not going to like this but literally just wash your PC with water. Take it apart and just hose it off. The only thing about water that can harm your PC is minerals in the water (use distilled water) and short circuits due to actual power running through the machine. If you simply turn off the power supply and unplug it from the wall you can literally shower with it and then dry it off with a day in front of a fan.

I know this is true because in highschool my friends and I would take our PCs to school and then hose them down in front of other people as a joke and then take them home and play video games together with ecahother.

P.S. if you're serious about keeping your PC cool then start filtering the dust out of your room BEFORE it hits your PC. Get some MERV13 2" 20"x20" filters and a box fan (pic related) and run it 24/7. It'll suck your home dry of every single dust particle that matters. You can also use a gay HEPA filter form amazon but that's gay.
