Cope, seeth, piss youself. ACKS has good mass combat that integrates well with the base rules and prices. Also that's the abstract 'quick resolution' mass combat system. Get yourself Domains at War: Battles and it's even better. Alternatively you can keep using figure scaling, which while not a bad way to do it was abandoned even by Gygax.
