The secret to white that reads as white is that there's very little pure white (if any) in reality, it's all usually grey. You want pure white exclusively for your highlights.
Then you want to do some careful recess shading, there are some contrast paints that are good for this. You can choose whether you want a cold white in which case you go for blue-ish shadows, a neutral white in which case you go for neutral greys or a warm one in which case you go for warmer greys.
For this one I did ghost grey, shaded with I think it's called gryph charger grey or something like that, then highlighted with pure white because I wanted it to look very sanitized and cold. I don't think it came out all that good but at least it gives an idea of how it looks.
