"nerftrannies" just want victory to not be guaranteed on the highest difficulty, it's part of the fun to fail missions every now and again, and on regular d10 it just doesn't happen often enough, like 99 out of 100 missions will succeed and extract. it's not a good situation. not fun. very boring in fact.
