Gravy is different, that I’d do in a pan with the fat and drippings and tasty burned bits. Mine’s more for cheese sauces. I’ve never tried it for proper gravy tbqh and I probably wouldn’t risk it. I guess if you were to take the fat and drippings and transfer them it might work, but that’s the undiscovered country
