If your resume meets the bare standard minimum of wherever the bar is set by the HR stacey has it at that day, maybe she sends it on over to the hiring manager who then maybe feels the same way and actually checks your github.
HR retards aren't clicking github. They gloss over your resume for maybe 30s and maybe you make it to the next stage.
