7-9 is your actual average, with 6 being "quick" traffic.
and again, none of this fucking matters because no one is driving as fast as their car can possibly go at every stop. average is probably more like 10-15 seconds.
I outpace people at stop lights in my 63 hp, 19 second to 60 samurai, which is to my knowledge the only usdm street legal kei car.
