I wouldn't quit flat out, I would coast, gather evidence and look for a different job while hoping to get laid off for performance or something, there's no shame if duping a scammer.
If you can get away with whistle blowing why not.
Or you could make a big show of it and quit but I don't know what that would accomplish other than impressing on your coworkers that it might be time to jump ship.
Bottom line though, if you just silently quit it almost makes you an accessory and now your without a job, moral indignation without action is despicable.
