Planetes (the manga at least, haven't seen the anime) and Haibane Renmei are the only good things he listed. Planetes does have that sort of contemplative atmosphere I'd say.

Dungeon Meshi is largely comedic and people like OP don't like comedy. And I guess it doesn't really have fanservice, which fits what OP wanted, but I'd hardly call it anti-anime in the sense he wants.
