32 5’11 lifting inconsistently for like 15 years

can barely 1rm bench 1pl8, have gyno, haven’t trained legs in a decade

made ok shoulder gains recently. think i may start being more consistent now. haven’t really been serious about it since 25 or so. smoked a lot of weed in my life and now getting to age where i am more worried about health, and also i seem to be too “present” now for it to make me lose myself in oblivion as i enjoyed. i still enjoy alcohol quite a lot occasionally so i’ll just have to be disciplined there so as not to replace one bad habit with another
