I am so sick of substanceless action games bros. I was sick of them when China was just beta testing them like with Bloody Spell. Before any of them even released I already felt the fatigue back then.
It's not like I hate killing stuff but I want a story or some long progression curve that makes them interesting beyond button mashing and dodging attacks. DMC was good because 3's amazing story and presentation. Souls is good because of all the RPG mechanics and PVP. Action MMOs(imo only Tera) were good because it had all the heft of an MMO with tons of people playing. But these? They're all the same with no story and shallow progression stuff, we don't need 30 of them especially when they all look the same running on Unreal or whatever.
