Everyone types their posts in English, everyone is limited by the size of image/video attachments, you can't spam Middle-Eastern conflict propaganda or calls for political violence without getting reported and having those posts deleted. There are basic rules that everyone must follow. 4chan is not an anarchy website, it still has its own rules and it must follow United States laws. You can be as creative or as whimsical or as silly as you want, but you still need to attempt to make it Halo-related if you want to post it here. The rules aren't enforced 24/7, but that doesn't mean there are no rules.
