I was watching Japanese footage and noticed the specialist names are extremely straight-forward. Literally + an occupational suffix 屋. You could think of them as "ATK guy", "SPD guy", "weapon mastery guy", "EXP increase guy", "poison addition guy", "sleep resistance guy", etc. The only ones that aren't straight-forward are the dual-stat innocents, which are roughly the same in both languages.

It's cool that NISA turned those names into real occupations that fit those roles, but it was admittedly pretty confusing the first time I played the series. Some of the innocent names are not very straightforward, like Gangster and Social Worker, or the difference between Trainer and Sparring Partner.
