I keep seeing that projects don't have as much visibility to employers on /g, either way a cool project is a cool project.
Might skip on the cert but masters has always been a personal goal, just dunno how much it would help at getting a job...
I'll stick with the job but honestly if they we're more demanding I would have quit already, I have a small side business I could survive off, not optimal but doable.
I just don't want to get barred from that field or whatever, writing software that could kill people is my passion.

Just spent the last hour installing 64gbs of ram into dell desktops that only had 16gbs of ram. These PC's are some intel 12000 series CPU. Meh company wants to be cheap and extend the PC longer since its out of the warranty window then that's on them. The real concern is since we are a larger company we never had to do this before. I figure at this point the market is fucked so this was their way of saving money. Normally they would do a tech refresh after 5 years but this pushes our refresh for another 3. Shits fucked if they are counting pennies on refreshes.

Am I racist? I've always identified as a liberal/libertarian. I have a progressive friend group. I even have one black friend. I'm not consciously racist. I don't shift away in my seat from others, say the n-word or go on about crime statistics. I simply can't imagine dating someone outside my race. Why am I like this?
