no it doesn't change that, but there are probably other mods that do.
Having to shoot zombies in the head multiple times just feels more appropriate in fixed camera, maybe because you didn't really work for the shot like when aiming manually. It's not like you could drop zombies in 1 normal handgun shot in the original either
