Yes, Project KV. I'm not going to derail this thread talking about BA so this will be the last relevant post from me.
The devs left Nexon and made their own prequel to BA, and even went on to advertise it during comiket (if I remember this correctly). It was found out that they stole the source material from Nexon and a criminal charge was filed against them.
