Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke at length this evening with the families of the abductees Rom Breslavsky and Evitar David.

The Prime Minister expressed deep shock at the footage released by the terrorist organization Hamas, and told the families that efforts to return all our abductees continue and will continue relentlessly and tirelessly.

The Prime Minister conveyed on behalf of his wife Sara a big hug to the families, and said that she is heartbroken by the unbearably harsh videos.

"The cruelty of Hamas knows no bounds. While the State of Israel allows humanitarian aid into Gaza residents, Hamas terrorists deliberately starve our abductees and cynically and maliciously document them.

Hamas terrorists also deliberately starve the residents of the Gaza Strip and prevent them from receiving aid, and echo a false propaganda campaign against Israel.

The countries of the world must stand with a clear call against the criminal Nazi-like abuse by the terrorist organization Hamas.".

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu:

We strongly condemn President Macron's decision to recognize a Palestinian state alongside Tel Aviv following the massacre on October 7. Such a step rewards terror and endangers the creation of another Iranian proxy, as happened in Gaza. A Palestinian state under these conditions will be a base for launching attacks to destroy Israel – not to live peacefully alongside it. Let us be clear: the Palestinians do not seek a state alongside Israel; they seek a state instead of Israel.
