Top end raiders will test everything on the PTR and datamine as much as possible, then will do everything on normal and HC to determine what is the best order to kill bosses in. I think it will make it more interesting since some guilds might decide to go to one raid before the others. And Blizzard shouldn't be designing the game around them (apart from mythic raid tuning and then subsequently nerfing after they've killed it).
