Probably autism given how common these sorts of videos are for any fanbase that has a creator with enough of a propensity for headcanon bordering on fanfiction, a talent for nonsensical click bait and excessive time on their hands.
There's a ton of this stuff for practically every shonen anime and many children's video game series where someone looks into something that's mildly out of place for the setting then blow it way out of proportion to be some borderline creepy pasta shit.
