As for Craftworlders in particular - for now no idea. Maybe something when Exodites become a faction. Exodites and Craftworlders would start carving out realms to rebuild Eldar empire. Would be an excuse why Exodites are now everywhere. But that requires Exodites to become playable faction next Edition. And I think new faction will be Lost and the Damned with DarkAdmech this time, since Votann - a Xeno army - was last faction to be introduced.
