Skip breakfast and drink coffee.
Either do cardio or lift weights.
Then you can eat more than usual but remember to eat somewhat fast otherwise you will feel full quickly and skip sugar6 drinks since they bloat you faster.
I devoured 3 hotdogs and 2 burgers like this last week.
Will go for more next time.
